anyone fancy an Abacus group bike ride for national bike week in June? We could make this a short easy one or a longer one depending on what folk fancy. There is apparently a place in Longbridge that hires bikes so we could find out more about that if anyone interested?
I have just again been asked about accessing the electricity meters- could the managing agents please manage this?
hopefully there will be discussion about the lift in Bradford St eg how long it is likely to be out of operation for this time and why it has taken so long to 'discover' what residents had pointed out for long- it was badly installed
any one else want items raised?
eg: the common front door in Bradford being broken so often- why can't a cover be put on the emergency button IF the breakages ARE due to residents wrongly using it?
the lift is one of the items on the agenda of the AGM. Only owners are invited to this. Who is going?
